Subscriptions
Hours refill every month on your start date. In a five-week month, the 6- and 8-hour plans get 2 extra hours. Minimum 3 months, then cancel any time with 14 days’ notice.
Packs
Packs are valid 2 months from purchase. Hours work for both nights and add up.

Subscriptions refill each month on the day they started and are charged then, on your saved payment method; a failed charge is retried for 7 days, and meanwhile the plan books nothing new. Cancel any time: inside the 3-month minimum term the plan ends with the term, after it with 14 days’ notice before the next refill. Unused hours lapse at the refill. Packs are valid for 2 months, the try-out for 1. Closed days don’t count: a break moves your month, its charge, and your hours’ end by the days we’re closed. When we cancel a class, its hours come back, and the 6- and 8-hour plans get 2 hours at the next refill unless we offer a replacement date. A booking cancelled 24 hours or more ahead returns its hours; later, they’re spent. Subscriptions and packs carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, used hours deducted; the try-out and workshops don’t.
