01
1.1 All services under the Salsa Seda brand are provided by ByNoon (sole proprietorship / eenmanszaak under Dutch law), trading as Salsa Seda ("we"). Contact: info@salsaseda.com.
1.2 These terms apply to all bookings of classes, single sessions, packages, subscriptions, workshops, and private lessons via salsaseda.com and on site. The German version of these terms is authoritative.
02
2.1 The presentation of offers on the website is an invitation to book, not a binding offer.
2.2 The contract is concluded when you complete the booking by clicking the payment-obligation button ("Buy now") and we confirm the booking by email.
2.3 Every booking requires a customer account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, in particular your email address.
03
3.1 Technique & Musicality (T&M): weekly class on Tuesdays, 20:00–22:00, organized in blocks of 4 sessions each ("block"). Each block is built around one song with its combo and choreography.
3.2 Shines & Body Movement: rolling weekly class on Wednesdays, 20:00–21:30.
3.3 Workshops: one-off events with their own date, venue, and price, as announced. Where places are limited, we allocate them in the order payments arrive; once a workshop is full, it stops selling.
3.4 Both classes are open level and danced solo; no partner is required. The venue is stated at booking, on the schedule, and in the booking confirmation. Where necessary (e.g. a room change), we may move a session to a comparable venue within Munich; we notify you by email as early as possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
04
4.1 All prices are final prices in euros. Whether VAT is included, and at what rate, is stated next to each price and on your receipt.
4.2 Payment is processed online by our payment provider Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). For subscriptions, the chosen payment method is stored for recurring charges.
4.3 Discount codes are redeemed at checkout only and apply only to the product categories they name. For subscriptions, a valid code reduces every charge for as long as the subscription runs and the code is active.
05
5.1 A single session entitles you to attend the session chosen at booking.
5.2 The Try-Out (reduced first session) can be booked once per person and covers one session of your choice (T&M or Shines & Body Movement). It does not apply to workshops.
5.3 Single sessions and the Try-Out can only be booked for sessions taking place within the next 4 weeks.
06
6.1 T&M Package: all 4 sessions of a block chosen at booking; the chosen block must start within 8 weeks of purchase. Includes the swap right under section 9.
6.2 Shines & Body Movement Package: 4 tickets, valid for 8 weeks from purchase. Sessions are chosen in the booking manager and can be changed until a session starts.
6.3 Full Package: one T&M block (section 6.1) plus 4 Wednesday class tickets valid 8 weeks from purchase. No swap right (both classes are already included).
6.4 Joining a block already under way: a block that has already started can be booked while at least half of its sessions are still to come. The price is then the share still to come, rounded up to the next amount ending in nine (with two of four sessions left, half of €119, rounded up to €69). Only the sessions still to come are booked; sessions of the block already past are not part of what is sold. A Full Package grants one Wednesday class ticket per week still to come.
07
7.1 Subscriptions renew per cycle: per block for the T&M and Full subscription, per 4 tickets for the Shines & Body Movement subscription. Each Full cycle comprises the next T&M block plus 4 Wednesday class tickets.
7.2 The first payment is due at booking. Every further charge is made 3 days before the next cycle begins (T&M/Full: before the first session of the next block; Shines & Body Movement: before the first class not covered by tickets) using the stored payment method. The product price valid at the time of the charge applies.
7.3 Minimum term: 3 charges.
7.4 Cancellation: any time with 14 days' notice before the next cycle begins — via your account or, without logging in, via the "Cancel contracts here" button in the footer of every page. We confirm receipt of a cancellation immediately by email, with date and time. With shorter notice, one more cycle runs. A cancellation within the minimum term takes effect at the end of the minimum term. Cycles already paid remain unaffected. The right to extraordinary cancellation for an important reason remains unaffected.
7.5 Unused Wednesday class tickets from subscriptions do not expire at the next charge; they keep their own 8-week validity from the payment that granted them.
7.6 If a charge fails, we retry for up to 7 days. During this time, future bookings from the subscription are paused. If payment is not made, the subscription ends; amounts outstanding from the minimum term remain due.
7.7 In individual cases we may skip a cycle or grant one without a charge (for example during a longer illness or absence). That is a goodwill decision and no entitlement arises from it. A skipped cycle moves the next charge accordingly.
7.8 Starting with a block already under way: a T&M or Full subscription can start with a block that has already begun, while at least half of its sessions are still to come. The first payment is then the share still to come, rounded up to the next amount ending in nine (with two of four sessions left, half of €99, rounded up to €59); only those sessions are booked, and a Full subscription grants one Wednesday class ticket per week still to come. That part payment is the first charge for the purposes of the minimum term under section 7.3. Every further charge is at the full price under section 7.2.
7.9 Waiting for a subscription to start: because a subscription never starts in the middle of a session, there is normally a wait between booking and start. For the length of the block running immediately before your starting block, single classes cost €10 less — on both weeknights, for every session of that block, the Try-Out excepted. The reduction applies to that one block only; earlier blocks are not covered, and from the start date the subscription pays for the class itself. It is applied automatically at checkout and is not a discount code within the meaning of section 4.3.
08
8.1 Wednesday class tickets each entitle you to one Wednesday class within their validity. Sessions are chosen in the booking manager and can be changed until a session starts.
8.2 Tickets not used within their validity expire without replacement.
09
9.1 A T&M session you cannot attend can be swapped, free of charge, for the Wednesday class of the same calendar week (Mon–Sun). The swap is available until the target class starts, via the booking manager.
9.2 For the T&M Package, the swap must be used within the package validity.
10
10.1 If we must cancel a session (e.g. illness, venue failure), we inform you by email and in your account, stating the reason.
10.2 Compensation: for ticket-based bookings, the ticket is credited back. For single sessions, you receive an equivalent replacement ticket. For block-based bookings (package/subscription), you may book another class of the same calendar week instead. For workshops, we refund the price. Refunds are made the way you paid; amounts paid in cash are refunded on site.
11
11.1 For contracts for leisure services with a specific date or period, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB. This covers all bookings of sessions, blocks, tickets, workshops, and subscription cycles with fixed dates.
11.2 Regardless, you can contact us any time (info@salsaseda.com) — goodwill solutions remain possible without any entitlement to them.
12
12.1 Any class you have booked can be cancelled in the booking manager up until it starts. Cancelling costs nothing and returns nothing: no money is repaid and no ticket is credited. The booking stays in your list and can be booked again, free, at any time before the class starts.
12.2 If you cancel a session you had previously swapped under section 9 and then book it again, the swap is undone on both sides — the class received in exchange falls away. One entitlement never becomes more than one class.
12.3 Workshops: a cancelled workshop seat goes back on sale immediately. We do not refund the price. You can take the seat again free of charge for as long as nobody else has booked it; once it is taken, there is no entitlement to a seat or to a refund.
12.4 If you do not attend a booked session and have not cancelled it, there is no entitlement to a refund or replacement session; the swap right under section 9 remains unaffected.
13
13.1 Participation requires normal physical fitness. If you have health restrictions, talk to us and, if needed, a doctor beforehand.
13.2 We accept no liability for cloakroom or personal items, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
14
14.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.
14.2 For simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
14.3 Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
15
Recordings taken in class in which you are recognizable are published only with your consent. You may revoke consent at any time with effect for the future.
16
We may amend these terms with effect for the future. We will inform you of changes; for existing accounts, the new version applies once you accept it. For running subscriptions, changes take effect no earlier than the next cycle.
17
17.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your state of residence remain unaffected.
17.2 We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
17.3 Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
